West Quay – Update
Site sold after 8 years of ownership thanks to CRE
As a result of the work that CRE did for the owner (not a developer) of West Quay, Poole, he was able to sell the site after 8 years of ownership.
CRE implemented the existing planning via a NMA and start on site 2 days before expiry, completed two further NMAs, introduced the MMC contractor and greatly improved the scheme making it viable and saleable.
