Change Real Estate worked closely with the landowner to assist with the viability of a site that had stood still for several years.

CRE as Development Manager implemented the existing planning consent using a non-material planning application to vary 8 planning conditions and achieving a meaningful start on site in March 2020 days before the consent was due to expiry, thereby preserving the site value.

CRE then appointed a professional team alongside a contractor and oversaw the development of the design with an MMC construction method, addressing numerous viability and construction risks, all within a demanding budget.

Subsequently, this work which improved the projects viability allowed the landowner to dispose of the site.
